Anti Snoring
Ring
If Chinese medical or natural therapy is something that appeals to you then it is worth checking out the anti
snoring ring. This clever little device can spell the end of disruptive snoring and a great night’s sleep for you
and your partner.
The anti snoring ring is based on the principle and techniques of Chinese Acupressure. It works by
applying pressure to the acupressure point which is located on the little finger of the snorer’s left hand. This
means that the wearer does not have to make any changes to their posture, breathing or night time routine, except
for popping on the ring before it’s lights out time. This ring is completely adjustable and is worn on the
little finger so that the pressure balls located inside the ring are against the underside of the finger. This
targets the acupressure points which are said to be connected to the heart meridian channel which connects right
through to the ear, nose and throat area. This means that the area which is causing the problem is targeted and
other factors such as sleeping position do not come into play.
The reason the ring is worn on the left hand is because this is the side of the body which is connected to the
heart and this channels the flow where it needs to be. It is advised that the ring be worn a half hour before the
person intends to go to bed. Wearing the ring is said to calm and relax the wearer, naturally resulting in a better
night’s sleep.
However, do not think that the ring can be worn to generate this feeling all day long, as it is not recommended to
be worn in excess of 12 hours at any one time. Don’t forget to take it off the next day!
Of course natural remedies react differently in different types of people. Therefore while the anti snoring
ring may be a ‘dream come true’ for some people, others may not experience the same positive effects, or
may not experience them to the same degree.
It is also important to realise that it is not necessarily a miracle cure. You will need to ensure that you balance
the wearing of this ring with leading a healthy lifestyle that includes taking regular exercise so that you feel
tired in the evenings and more likely to enjoy a peaceful night’s rest.
